CROCHET: Open 'V' Stitch or the lacy version


 each row has been worked from right to left and started and finished with a little circle and ch length

CLOSE 'V' Stitch

Using the easy base ch start

Ch 31, turn
ROW 1: ch2 counts as first dc [tr],  2dc [2tr], into 3rd st, from hook,  miss a st, *2dc [2tr], into next st, miss a st,* repeat from * to * to end, finish with a dc [tr], in the last st, turn.

ROW 2: ch2, counts as first dc [tr], 2dc [2tr], into the space between the pair of stitches, repeat 2dc [2tr], in every space between pairs to end, 1dc [1tr], in last st, turn
ROWS 3- Length required
Repeat row 2.

OPEN OR LACSY 'V' Stitch
just replace the dc [tr] with tr [dtr], which lengthens and opening the stitch up to gives you a Lacey version

CIRCLE START AND FINISH

1Finger wrap of 4 wraps, or ch4, sl st into a circle
All Rows: 12 sc [12dc], into he circle, sl st to complete, ch 10.....start the stitch
end of all Rows, ch12, 12sc [12dc], into the second st from the hook sl st to complete, cut off and weave in ends.
