YEEEEEEEEES MANAGED 10,000+ STEPS

Got to the end of the day with 8,6450 steps so l ran on the spot till l got over 10,000 lol

Walking clocks up about 1,000+ steps in 10 mins and about 3,500 in a half hour walk and a walk to the Pub and back is a half hour walk so 3 times a day l go to the pub heheheh....and no l dont go in for a drink!! lol

DIGI LO'S
Love the digi LO's on the pc screen they look great but having so many problems printing them out...gggggggggggrrrrrrrrr new printer or some new photo paper maybe...dont remember so many problems when l 1st had this printer

And the Small pics on the snapshot challenge LO's are so small to fit the small album think l need to change the size and make a new album twice the size....improves the look of the printed LO's at least...problems problems problems!!!!!

Lettuce belongs to someone but pops in for a meal or two and a snuggle on the sofa most days

Didn't manage to walk to town the sun shone and it was really warm in the garden so we ended up doing quite a bit of tidying up...oh boy did it need it too!!...still lots to do but does look a lot better for a couple of hours work

But must go to town today and l need to get these challenges done today.....so behind now but have lots of photos!

Pedometer says the half hour walk l do is 5660 steps......was suprised at that only got to do it twice a day then to do the 10,000+....and thats what l shall be doing dam laptop charger has decided NOT TO WORK for some reason bum!.... will be back asap but might have to send it back yet again..bum bum bum!

GORGEOUS SUNNY DAY HERE..COLD THOUGH!

Got my pedometer out and clocked up almost 6,000 steps just doing a bit of shopping!!! wow unbelievable
Bus ride to Shrewsbury was the ride from hell yesterday....getting the car out next time
TK Max took the edge off the journey though.....pink embroidered and l love them hehehe

New pale blue shoes and a matching cardy/jacket to go with a white dress or vest n skirt maybe and an embroidered chiffon kaftan type top to go over the new Italian swimsuits l bought last hols.....roll on summer l really cant wait now hehe

Bought a large tub of body butter yesterday too...slipped into bed last night and fell out all soft and silky..fast working stuff..smells nice too

Decided to sort my wardrobe...new me an all hehehe...googled 'Sorting your Wardrobe'...

l've got to empty my wardrobe and chest of draws then label 3 boxes......
'charity'.....
'throw away' ....
'mend/repair'..........then sort throught everything and be ruthless...mmmmmm will give it a go

Then it suggested a 'LOOK BOOK'.....now that sounds like a great scrapbook project to me l needed some inspiration to get me back to the scrapbooking....an instant what to wear with what scrapbook..great idea

LAZY DAY YESTERDAY

flowers l bought for Dr C Katerina and Marketa...the flower creations in the street stands were incredible..... simple great designs...this was one l loved and all sorts of single flowers were used

Friend coming round at 12.30ish so may not get to shop today hehehe

Still mending and nothing changed really and not scrapbooking at mo...lol hope to catch up wth challenges during the week

BACK IN THE UK

Slight delay at airport but was back in the house for 1.20 this morning although found all the beds in the house taken hehehehe....so we ended up on the sofa and chair...not the best nights sleep and up and out early this morning to beat the snow

No need though been sunny blue skies all afternoon and a clear blue sky just disappearing now Moon looks so close lol

Looking forward to a comfy night tonight fell asleep in the car this morning so Phil did the food shop without me...ooops and has cooked up a shepherds pie for tea James' favourite...while l recover from my mornings efforts...still need to take it easy for another few days but feeling wonderful...more undie shopping this morning too...so much fun

THE DANCING BUILDNG

Light not good at all this morning but had a long walk to the river along and back though the shops left my charged batteries in my handbag so l ran out of power!! gggrrrrrrr

Beautiful doors every where the architecture here is stunning and on every corner
found the Dancing building was just down the road and across from the river

oh well all from Prague leave the apt. at 8 tonight and flight is about 10 something..so my own bed tonight just said goodbye and had last check up with Dr C

HAVE REALLY HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE HERE

but now l'm ready for home ...got lots of clothes to try on lol

OLD TOWN PRAGUE

Found Old Town and the beautiful square..some gorgeous shops and lots of ppl

Took about 20 till l just had to put my gloves back on before my fingers dropped off..very cold today

FINGERS CROSSED...

Not totally ok today but loads better than yesterday so will be trying a walk to OLD TOWN later and maybe the tram back instead of walking both......waiting to see Dr C again this morning and bruising looks soooooooooo much better today big difference in 9 days!

ONLY MANAGED TESCO AND BACK TODAY

Did try to go to OLD TOWN but was so shaky and nausea's only managed KFC for some chicken and Tesco for some milk and back...

Funny how a bit of retail therapy on route took my mind off the soreness....gorgeous tights shop we found across the road
