Got back from the weekend camping to find Mr T was not looking very well at all couldn't lift his tail sides sunken in fur looking dull no life in him at all....seemed a little better the next morning has eaten and drinks lots of water getting lots of attention and managed to go out for a wee and is sleeping a lot but does seem on the mend but very slowly...poor love sooooo hate it when any of them are poorly
No idea what has happened but at a guess l would say he has had his tail shut in a door or been kicked he can lift it but chooses to let in hang mostly the base of his tail is swollen and if you touch it very gently he flinches...lots of TLC for Mr T vets tonight if l don't see another improvement in him
The others can't believe how quite he is......usually he's chasing them all and running up trees!!!
One of the bags l made at the weekend same as the felted one but slightly smaller because it won't felt made in Merino needs a lining and l'm not sure it works for me although l love the colours
this is the second one l started again in Merino will need lining and will be a drawstring to go with a sun dress l have
Wlked around the garden this morning things are blooming especially my Lilies and a small rose bush that was hidden under a bush....
and a few holes in te Hosta but never ever seen it so big usually been eaten up by beasties
James GF is lovely lol.....such a confident and happy young lady love her to bits
She loved the felted bags so she chose the colours last night and l started the 3rd bag 2hour journey to make today so l'll finish it in the car and felt it tonight for her
The new felting wool arrived yesterday along with the ball l needed to finish the original bag l made so washed the new one and the grey one again and it's felted better with a second wash but love the pale aqua 1st bag hanging on the line drying right now ready for the trip out
Going to see Caroline in Wilmslow a little bit of crack filling and a chat
not seen her for about 3rys a birthday present to myself hehehe
Thanks for all the great comments will try to get back to peeps when Phil is back at work and l have more on-line time
HUGS TO ALL XX

ReplyDeleteOhhhh, I do hope that Mr. T. feels oodles better soon.
ReplyDeleteYour bags are just lovely!
Happy to know you approve of the lovely gf. *Ü*
Maybe, just maybe, Mr.T missed his mommy. Sure hope he is on the mends soon.
ReplyDeleteI so am going to make on of these bags. I will have to find some good felting yarn around here. Still don't know what I'm going to do with all those cotton ones. They keep starring me in the face when I walk by the sunroom. Some day, some how, I will figure it out.
Doesn't your garden look wonderful.
Off and Running,
Kate - T.G.B.
Hope your cat is better soon. Had a similar thing happen to one of ours - after some antibiotics, he was soon on the mend. xxx
ReplyDeleteAwww..poor Mr T! It could be a cat bite abscess on the base of his tail - quite a common place for them. A dose of antibiotics from the vet should help if it's an abscess brewing... hope he gets better soon! Elmo's Mummy :-)
