WHITE EXPEDIT PLAYTIME!

Bought these over a month ago but only made them up last night....wondered if the large one

 might be OK for the storage wall that l'm thinking would be a great idea 

(oh! dear thinking again....dangerous very dangerous!) 

But having made these two small beauties up and adding a few jars decided the shelving would be a better option..too much wasted space with the cube

these inspirational pictures are still favourites see the top right hand corner of the collage....a double fold out storage unit if l decide at some point l don't want jars on display

Isn't it a clever idea?

Loving these Expedit units...bought to take the extra boxes without a hole to go in when l gained 

the yarn stock and when l can get in my craft room again that's where they will go...

l think!...oh no thinking again!

the new dining area at the end of the kitchen is still a sunny and well used space but as the wall will be removed next week ready for the French Doors we've moved the table for now

hehehe giving me a space to PLAY with while it's empty...think the new door will really make the space look a lot bigger and l can't wait

But before the doors go in we will remove the back door and then it can be bricked up on Saturday ready for a new window that will go in the same time as the doors

BARN DOOR FOR SALE!...

the door being removed and replaced with a window so that l can have a butlers sink and turn the corner with the kitchen...

It opens a couple of different ways....really useful if you want lots of fresh air but want to keep children or dogs in...no good for my furballs though..they just jump through it!...hehe

SHINY PANS FIT FOR DISPLAY...

Just need another Ikea rail to hang them on

By the time l had scrubbed and sprayed and scrubbed and rinsed l'd cleaned them all to a display level so didn't go for the Coca Cola lol

but l will let you know if it works asap

But for now l'm a happy bunny...now where's the hand cream l've cleaned and polished the skin of my hands today with the...

CLEANING FRENZY AT BAKEWELL

l'm done in for now hehe...

Still lots more to sort and move to the new storage and l now have a better idea of what l need..another 6 million storage jars that's for sure lol

and..... 

lots of shelves to put them all on oh!.....and a white kitchen for it all to go in hehehe

Chilling now and going to do a catch up with DOWNTON ABBEY AND NEW TRICKS with a piping hot cuppa

oh l cooked tonight too..propa cooking with mixed herbs and sauces and l didn't burn a thing!

shiny pans...glass storage jars...another white pot for my Peace Lily...and lots of white china all ready and waiting for the White Dream....one day....one day!

NEW FEET CLEAN PANS AND COCA COLA!

You might remember the wrong (wooden) feet were delivered with the new chair and they should have been metal....

Arrival of the right feet at 8.30 this morning....the chair now matches the sofa

DREAMING OF A WHITE KITCHEN

Door being bricked up on Saturday so we need to remove the back door this week and then knock out the wall for the French doors to go in the Saturday after so the most expensive bit will be done soon but 

l've got to wait for the dream white kitchen 

But for now l'll add the new storage jars....inspired by Sarah at BEACH COTTAGE

she has the sort of metal shelving l had at my old house and although l love what she has done in her fab kitchen l wanted glass doors and some open shelving in white wood for the Ikea storage jars

would love open storage like this....

a wall of jars.....this idea would fit on the one wall so beautifully

no idea why 'cos l'm no cook may be l'm thinking it will make me a cook hehehe

HANGING PANS...

Also l want to free a cupboard up of stacked and hard to get at pans l keep having a fight with everytime l ant a pan from the cupboardwant them hung over the window or cooker....which lead to a cleaning spree this morning lol...as l'ce said l'm no cook and often can be found with a black pan in hand!...

My son used to come in some times and ask "what have you burnt for tea tonight, Mum?"

LOVE THIS LOOK

ANYWAYS......when l tried hanging the pans this morning my first thought was 

'not looking like that your not'.....oooops! 

Although they have been through the dishwasher they looked awful....so one thing leading to another l started to clean the pans with what l had in the cupboard

GLEAMING?...

well they will be by the end of today hehehe!

A lot of hard scrubbing and stainless steel cleaner did this though.

before and after....almost cya face in it hey! lol

.......then l found baking soda or Coca Cola would do the same with out all the hard scrubbing.....watch this space for the verdict on both....off to get a bottle of Coca Cola lol

IKEA TRIP YESTERDAY...

FELIWAY UPDATE: Thanks for the comments on the plug in...mmmm reserving judgement for now
Mr T does seem a little better by the time he's chased them to the top of the stairs he stops as if he can't be bothered any more hehe just wished he didn't chase them at all but definitely an improvement!

Been chilling a bit the last couple of days...visiting old friends and generally taking a break from

It was great to catch up over cups of tea not all good news....never is when you get older l'm afraid...aches and pains operations and recovery

But on the whole everyone is OK....and friends and families are living their lives with more ups and a minimum of downs

Mr T's MOODS!

Most of the time they all get on quite well other other day all four were on the bed with us happy and contented......

Lettuce the last full member of the family...moves in slow motion and likes peace and quite...lol

Brupbrup and Splodge brothers a year apart in age...often share a chair

Brupbrup...the pretty one who loves a cuddle from his Dad and smacks his bro sometimes 'cos he's a real fusspot and is my best tester for comfort!! hehe

Splodge his bro....The skinny one who fetches me if any of them need anything or are shut in a room the Clever one...

SPLODGE WILL CURL UP ANY WHERE HEHE

And Mr T....one who's causing a few problems....

Thanks to all who ask he is fully recovered from his accident....yes he is and back to chasing the others...and here is the problem

he has changed he could be quite moody even with us..... but since his accident he is a loving and friendly cat who adores a cuddle and lots of fuss...the night and day care he got while recovering is probably the reason here....he has always loved to spend hours in the garden with us and l love him dearly....

BUT....

he also makes me throw things in the early hours...poor Brupbrup, Splodge and Lettuce and poor us constantly being woken with night time hissy fits howls and our bed being used as a race track to escape the devil!

They all are terrorised sometimes when he gets in one of his moods....they stand their ground usually and he backs off or l intercept with a flying cushion from the bed...
we haven't had and blood drawn yet!

Anyone in Furball blogland tried the FELIWAY DIFFUSER?

THE FELIWAY SITE have some great relaxing stories to tell but they are expensive

Worth it if they work but an expense l could do without with 4 greedy Furballs to feed but going to give it a try today....see if it will help
