WEEKEND KNIT AND NATTER GROUP SHREWSBURY?

Just posted this on Ravelry anyone close enough  and interested?............

Any interest in a weekend Knit and Natter group in Shrewsbury?
Recently moved to Shrewsbury and my OH works weekends so l’m on my own and lots of people can’t make weekday groups because they work
Just wondered if l started a weekend group and if anyone would be interested?
I crochet rather than knit myself but ‘crochet and chat’ hehe doesn’t have the same ring!!
Fingers crossed would love to make some local friends with similar craft interests

  6. Wispo you're not alone in thinking that....was slightly intentional l always say too much on here and probably gave away a bit too much about the move so l left the slight confusion hahaha

  10. Hi Suz. Still chuckling about Bakewell!!! Anyway - Wipso and I often escape to Shrewsbury when the men go to footie so perhaps we can meet up for a coffee towards the middle of Aug when life returns to normal after hols etc. Am really envious of your amazing wool stash!!

  15. Ditto, too. I live in Hertfordshire so a bit far to travel. You will have to organise a national meet up once a year so that some of your British followers can meet up. Sorry international fans you would be invited too but a bit far to come for a day!
