SPIKE STITCH GROUP UP AND RUNNING

I joined almost all of the random SS patches l made yesterday just 2 left
but by the time l'd finished last night l wasn't sure about the white back ground and..... 

do l fill the gaps?

UPDATE: Doing a patch tut on Friday and making it Project Friday in the group....

    Orange and pink togather! Yes yes yes!!!Orange and blue ..opposites on the colour wheel..really makes it zing! Fantastic!

    For such a lot and strong colours I would go for white or offwhite or black joining - to make the colours pop and stand alone :)

    For filling the gaps, I think it depends on what fabric is below the crochet on the pillow...

    Of course I joined your new group!
