A quick hello again...

Still no time to blog properly, just a quick hello and thanks for all the support.
Second posting of Book 2 Design went off yesterday so half way with the projects and i'm on target so far.

The Stylecraft designs i did last year are selling well Iam told....all in

My two favourites are these two patterns below, the teacosy and the pots and mats

I am also in the HOMESPUN MAGAZINE
a blanket I made for them earlier this year

The Homespun rug below

I've been using Rooster yarns for a couple of book projects...Almerino super soft and great to crochet with, along with Stylecraft Alpaca, Senses a mohair yarn, and more of the Classique Cotton too...all lovely yarns to crochet with.

Rooster yarns were only in Cheshire, not too far away so I popped in on route to Blackpool Breeze last weekend, and now I have already run out of the 4 balls of Cornish....so a whole pack is winging its way to my door.

Have fun, hugs to all xx

  1. Hi. The stylecraft patterns look great. I will check out my local yarn shops to see if they stock them. I could have done with it last week. But I made my own pattern up anyway. Do you live in
Shropshire? I do. I will keep a look out for your other publications. X

    1. Hi Kelly, if your local shop doesn't stock them ask them to get them in, a very reasonable priced selection of patterns.
Yes Shrewsbury, where are you?....we have a knit and Natter every Wednesday morning at the museum you would be very welcome if you are close enough, 10 till 12 every Wednesday
      Hugs x

  2. Hi Sue - I'm behind with blogging too at the moment but just wanted to pop in and say congrats on all your lovely work - I was so chuffed to find you in Australian Homespun magazine when I picked it up yesterday (I think it must be the same as the British publication?). I love your blanket, you're such a talented lady. Wishing you the very best as always! xoJoy
