CROCHET TRIANGLES AND FLOWERS...Still don't know what l'm making

Just a quick update on the triangles and flowers from the rose print cushion inspiration

 what comes next?...wish l knew

SC TRIANGLE PATTERN

6mm hook and two strands of DK or one of Chunky
For a firmer triangle use a 5mm hook

Simple pattern of 13 chain turned using the 1st 2 sts as 1st sc giving me 12 stitches at the end of the 1st row (counting the loop on the hook to start with actually make 14 chain sts)
Missed the 1st st out at the beginning of every row until l had an equilateral triangle…started and finished with long ends for stitching together
Worked in 2 strands of DK and SC

Measures about 5" wide x 4" high
8mm hook and 2 strands of DK or single strand chunky

FLOWER:
6mm hook and 2 strands of DK or one of Chunky

12 dc in a magic circle...1st colour
2nd row: 2 sc in each stich...2nd colour
3rd row: 2 chain and one dc in first st, dc in next 2 sts, one dc and 2 chain sl st into same stitch
sl st to next st and repeat....3rd colour

  3. I am really frustrated to post here since it won't allow me to post anything but anonymous.

Just wanted to say I love the triangles and flowers together. Also, I appreciate that you post such lovely pictures and also patterns to make different projects. I really want to make the flower rug and will as soon as I buy the yarn. Such a busy woman, you make me feel Lazy. ; ) Susan, from Michigan
