WORKSHOP AT HOME: From tile to crochet motif....

It would make a great blanket too...

PATTERN CLUB AND WORKSHOP UPDATE

Pattern Club/Workshops....

The Pattern club 
has out shone its self, so may wanting to join the fun and is still doing fabulously.

We are on pattern 5 so far, one for each month of this year so far...and 7 still to come

The Workshops all over the country...
are all over subscribed and all who take part are wanting to do a rerun with the same group of fabulous hookers they meet, in the following year.....we do have so much fun though.

the workshop was full, lots of fun and everyone wanted a return 'weekend workshop' 
 same time next year so Kate is busily booking it all for the 
5th and 6th May 2018

Everyone at this last workshop is in the process of making a Batik Triangle wrap

Wonder what i can come up with for next years 2 day event?

........maybe a new motif or two

Sue Pinner's Tartan workshop at Black Sheep Wools Craft Barn












Wonderful to meet everyone yesterday
Stella, Barbara, Sheila, Gillian, Margaret, Sue, Joanne, Julia, and Holly had a very creative day at Sue Pinner's Tartan Workshop

Thanks to Black Sheep Wools catering department for a fabulous lunch and yummy afternoon cakes. 

And of course we all had a little shop too, such a wonderful space, we all decided if it wanted to continue to snow, we didn't mind being snowed in but it stopped snowing and we all had to leave...thanks for a fab day Hookers 

The Tartan Workshop was a follow on workshop from the Triangle workshop on the 
16th September
and Afternoon Tea with Sue Pinner a couple of weeks ago on 27th October

Hope to see you all again, some time next year

Colour Blending Yarn, workshop

This is going to be one of the workshops I hope at the new store..




Just finishing off the fill-ins but every round is a difference colour combo
Lots have trouble combining colours so I thought this would be a great class to do
You would get the pattern and yarn included in the Workshop.

And if you think you have seen this before...you have its a sample piece form 2011 put in a cupboard and not quite finished...

Well it is well on it's way to being finished now....and it's still one of my favourites along with the bobble blanket in these pictures
