Couldn't wait to show you all the Bobble Border/Edging..... so excited about it l am

I'd made a few Bobble Flowers in a rainbow of colours
Do l make a block, a row or a border?
Someone left a comment this morning, saying l was on a roll!..l think they are right lol
Really loving this bobble stitch and all the new designs

Decided to go with a border of  Bobble Flowers.....
A bit backwards but l did the border first then added the middle..lol
then came MORE BOBBLES....LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT...Phil chose the BLUE colour
Then l found it went REALLY well with the New Wallpaper
Excited or what? hehehe

Just need to decide where l can hang it now....it's got to have a home some where, just got too
Bit of a cheat at the moment only half way round the cushion and it has no back yet..tomorrows playtime l think lol

So excited about this new wallpaper and cushion l forgot to eat today
Just stopped and realized how hungry l am hehehe

Thank you so much for all the wonderful comments about the bobble stitch designs
shout if you need any help having a go..do hope you give it a try
Catch you all tomorrow
Hugs to all xx

NEW CROCHET BOBBLE FLOWER GRANNY SQUARE TODAY

HOW AN IDEA DEVELOPED
from a square to a hex and back to a square again
l know there are a lot of the flower granny squares out there in Blogland but l couldn't resist designing another
hehehe...always room for another flower don't you think?

As you can see l didn't finish anything yesterday....but hope you like the result of yesterdays playtime ?

WOW!..I can't believe the response to the new HEX Pattern

Almost 2000 page views on my blog yesterday and mostly for the new Hex Pattern hehe..
So chuffed it's been liked and hope to see a few colour variations appearing some day
Thank you for the lovely comments here and on Ravelry too
With all the mess and upheaval at home at the moment it has really made me feel all warm and cuddled hehe
Thank You everyone
Didn't manage much yesterday, the day is a bit of a blank really lol...every time l empty the driers l hope they are slowing down but still pints coming out of the walls..got until Friday and the guy returns to check the walls again...please say a prayer will you...l don't want the plaster removing from the walls which is the next step if we still get wet readings......nooooooooooooooooo!

I did manage a couple more of the pink hex's decided another cushion for the bed...a girl can't have enough cushions don't ya think? lol

EXTRA ROUND FOR THE PINK AQUA, SOFT GREEN BOBBLE HEX
Using a double round for the back ground on this one...so...

Round 5:  3DC in each of the 6 corners and SC in the 5 in between stitches
Round 6: SC in each stitch with 3 SC in the middle stitch on each corner..this is also the join as you go round
But ran out of the back ground yarn so a trip to the shops today to get Mr T's Tuna ( he is evil with out a regular dose lol) and another ball of the back ground, if l can find it, it was an odd ball l had and was a perfect colour, although not quite as soft as the Stylecraft DK l use most of the time

LAP BLANKET?
Decided to just keep adding to this turquoise, red/pink and lime project and hope it reaches a lap blanket size soon...a border of the bobbles would finish it off nicely l think
and l must get back to this and finish it off, ooops l got distracted by the Hex l did
love the contrast between the really simple Granny and the Bobble Hex

Isn't crochet a lot of fun, l really am totally addicted to the hook! lol

Sun shining here today, after an extremely windy day yesterday
Sad to hear the wind took a couple of lives in the UK..thoughts to their families

Have a Terrific Tuesday everyone
Hugs to all xx

Bobble Stitch Hexagon 2 new colour ways and an Apology

First of all l must apologise for forgetting to say yesterday about the working blind or from the back of the work with round 4 of the New Bobble Hexagon Pattern, it is correct now
I'm so sorry, too much in my head at the moment l think lol
l do it automatically now and just forgot to say...sorry if you took a copy

NEW COLOUR WAY SAMPLES
Couple of new colour ways for you today and a HUGE THANKS hundreds of people looked at the pattern l'm chuffed to bits you like it so much
A lovely soft colouring to go with our new bed linen
and one to go with my Ripple Blanket
Bit nervous this morning.....l transferred all my collage pictures onto a storage card
and DELETED them from my laptop well over 3500 of them, lost count after 3000 so it could be over 4000 but who's counting hehe

Been saying l should do it for months my only concern was they all disappeared from my blog too hehehe...l'm not a techie at all this and still get frightened about things to do with the computer...
l was a late starter at all this tech stuff

Only just worked out how to add the little picture and blog list to the side bar still a wip but at least l know how now lol...much more at home with a hook and a ball of wool

Have a Marvellous Monday everyone

Phil's gone back to work sad to say and l'm hiding from the driers with my favourite pass time
see if l can create another new square or finish one of those WIP projects l have piling up

Hugs xx

New Bobble Hexagon

The new hex pattern...mail me if you want th pattern.
fast turning into one of my favourite Patterns..help yourself but please link back to me if you use it thanks
For those that don't know me l'm for the UK but work in USA Terms..they make more sense to me

Bobble Hexagon Pattern
PM me if you want the pattern
join as you go help l'd try You tube..lots of videos to watch there.
Looks quite different from the square don't you think?
Still not sure what l'm making with it either yet hehehe

BAKEWELL MAKE OVER UPDATE
Hall, stairs and landing almost finished, little bit of dado rail still to be sorted down stairs but the oak tops look great and it's given the hall stairs and landing a more minimal look..perfect just what we wanted
Collage of the Chaos downstairs still
drying out slowly but now all the cracks are getting bigger and the staining is getting darker!!!!!
One good thing though, we are negotiating with the Insurance company in having foor tiles and not
laminate relaid it will cost us the extra but we will get the floor we would prefer, if it happened again we would have a swimming pool instead of a soggy mess hehe...God forbid it NEVER happens again though

The new carpets will be the last thing to go down but they are the first thing ready and waiting

Trying to decide on the tiles right now...large, square shiny or matt?
The one on the right is favoured so far as it can also be cut into skirting strips too with no further trim needed.....very continental hey?...not many UK tiles have skirting tiles so a tile that can be cut to make skirting is needed

Thanks for all the good wishes over the sogginess much appreciated, we were both feeling a bit down yesterday the driers make an awful noise, but Phil changed another of the doors upstairs yesterday and put a smile on our faces...we really, really love the new doors and they have changed the look of the rooms so much

Have a Super Sunday and hope the high winds forcast don't get ya
Thinking of All who were lost in 9/11 and the Families left behind....it changed a lot that day!
Love and Hugs to all xx

UPDATE: ooops sorry l forgot the working blind on round 4 l've updated the pattern so from 15.20 you will have the correct pattern
