MANDALA BORDER

All 16 of the granny squares are added now and i've started on the ripple border.
The Mandala Oval, is almost completed, just a few more rounds of the border and a finishing edge stitch. Hope to complete stage 3 of the pattern early next week.

Loving the pattern and want to make another in a riot of colour, in fact i have a few balls of Riot yarn that might be in the next one..watch this space.
First rounded second started...

BEFORE THE BORDER AND EDGING
MEASURES: With just one round of the border done and Unblocked, approx. 52"/132cm at the longest side, so far.
WEIGHS: Approx. 550g

It needs at least another 6" all round adding a foot to the width.

CROCHET JOURNEY started, i'm afraid but eventually i came up with some thing i hope you will be able to relax into and want to make.

Hope some of you will join me and enjoy the journey of colour and the relaxing granny shell.

SCRAP YARN: odd balls of this and that, a perfect stash buster and I'm hoping not to need to buy any yarn for this one....my favourite sort of CAL

all yarns are tweedy looking yarns, base colour but with little specks of colour within the yarn  or space dyed for lots of Texture

Marble, in several colours and Woodcraft Pebble the green and the black multi

BellaLana Dream in several colours
