I'VE BEEN FEATURED....

...Our Best of The Web.....link here
THANKS

SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOW DAY YESTERDAY!
Removed the leading..easy peasy.....removed the film...still easy peasy....
BUT
this time all the gummy stuff was left behind and that was where it went to pot! hehe

A nightmare even Nitromores wasn't shifting it like last time...and l didn't have enough strength to rub hard so gave up on that job for now
We sat for a while loving the new layout of the rooms listening to the radio and reading the latest Country Living and a few back copies too....great magazine

very cosy then l found some energy from some where and....
MOVED ONTO PAINTING
The Wainscott panelling and the 1st set of doors with undercoat......not sure it's worked on the door panels though might need to rethink how l attach the paper to the glass panels or use actual wood....
looks a bit wrinkly this morning!!!....bum
Did wonder if that's what might happen

MY MIND WANDERED.....
been thinking of ART WORK for the wall behind the 7' sofa that should arrive about the
20th October can't wait for that so the second phase of the playtime starts

THINKING...l know dangerous...
circles on a large canvas of all the blues lime white and black patterns l can find and like?
something like this maybe......
 from IN MY OWN STYLE.....
this is made from tissue paper so has a great texture too
a great blog with fab ideas worth a peek
OR
l might just stick with the flower collages l make but in the right colours..like this
or this...
or this...
or this...
or this...
mmmmmm not sure but something will emerge l'm sure
Trip to Library today and a bit more painting l hope
Have a terrific Tuesday all
hugs xx

  2. Not sure if you still have the gunk to get off the glass, but, the custodians have something in our school to remove tape residue, etc. when we can't get it off. It's called "Goo Gone". Do you have access to that?

  3. Well done for being featured - you do have an eye for colour - case in point, that lovely Paisley Peacock wallpaper! Wow! Love it.
