DK and a 4mm hook

One finger wrap of 6 wraps
ROUND 1: 12sc into wrap, sl st, to complete round. [12sc]
ROUND 2: Att. new col. ch2 counts as first dc, 1dc in same st, then 2dc in each st, sl st to complete round. [24dc]
ROUND 3: att new col, ch4, miss 2sts, sc into next st, repeat 7 more times, sl st to complete round. [8 x ch4 loops]

ROUND 4: att, new col, in any loop, ch2, 5dc, ch2 sl st into the same loop, sl st into the next loop and repeat in each ch4 loop, sl st to complete. [8 petals]
MESH BOX:
ROUND 5: Att, yarn in centre of any petal, ch 9,(corner) sc into middle st, of the next petal, ch5, (side) sc into the middle st, of the next petal, repeat until you have 4 corners and 4 sides, sl st to complete. [56ch]
ROUND 6: 5sc in first ch9 corner, ch2, 5sc, in same sp, [corner], sc in the next st, (sc in the top of petal), 5sc in next ch5 side sp, sc in the next st, (sc in the top of petal) repeat for all four corners and sides. sl st to complete. [17sc each side]
NOTE: Don't miss out the sc in the top of the petal, you should have 17sc sts for each side, 2ch sts in each corner.
ROUND 7: start in a corner sp, dc, ch3, dc in ch2 sp, ch1, miss a st, dc, ch1 miss a st, cont. to dc, ch1, miss a st repeat for all four corners and sides, sl st to complete round.
NOTE: you should have 10 Bars, 9 side sp, and 2 in each corner sp.
ROUND 8: sc in every st and ch1 sp, sc ch3 sc, in corners and use this as the joining round. [21sc each side]

JOIN AS YOU GO FOR SQUARES:
After every stitch sl st, at the end of each st, to join to the matching st, of the square before.
